What To Expect at Phillips Family Chiropractic
Before your first appointment, please take a moment to print these new patient forms, fill them out at your convenience, and bring them with you when you come in.
Your First Visit
Please set aside one hour for your first visit. You should also be prepared to discuss your medical history, bring any relevant records, and bring your health insurance cards.
At this visit, you can expect Dr. Phillips and our team to
- Show you an introductory video
- Check your vital signs – including height, weight and blood pressure
- Review your case with you
- Take time to understand your issues and concerns
- Explain how chiropractic care can help
- Perform a thorough examination
- Take X-rays, if necessary
- Give you a chiropractic adjustment, under most circumstances
Routine Visits
When you return to Phillips Family Chiropractic for follow-up visits, you can expect to be in the office for less than 15 minutes total. Your adjustment with Dr. Phillips will take roughly 3-5 minutes.
